What we collect
We collect a small amount of personal data only when you choose to interact with the site.
- Contact form submissions — your name, email address, and message text — when you submit the form on our Contact page.
- Server access logs collected by our hosting provider Netlify — IP address, user-agent, referrer, request URL — automatically for every visit.
- We do not use any analytics or tracking cookies. There is no Google Analytics, Plausible, or similar tracker on this site at v1.
Purposes
- Contact form data: solely to respond to your inquiry.
- Server logs: security, debugging, and abuse prevention. Netlify's standard log retention applies.
- Supplying contact-form data is voluntary; server logs are automatic and unavoidable when you visit a website.
Recipients
- Netlify Inc. — host and contact-form processor.
- Zoho Corporation — email provider, when 79 Mercury replies to you.
- We do not sell or share your data for marketing purposes. There are no other recipients.
Retention
- Contact-form submissions: kept indefinitely in Netlify Forms unless you request deletion.
- Server logs: retained per Netlify's default schedule (typically 30 days).
- Email correspondence: kept indefinitely in Zoho Mail.

- Correct any data that is inaccurate.
- Request deletion in line with our retention practices.
How to exercise your rights

Security
We take reasonable security measures, including HTTPS for all traffic and access controls on internal systems.
